RETURNS

For the well-being of our customers, we are unable to accept returns should you change your mind about the product, or have placed a wrong order.


EXCHANGE/REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Should there be a defect in the item received, please email us at hello.lullubee@gmail.com within 7 days upon receipt with clear images to initiate an exchange or refund.

Depending on stock availability, we will replace the items to you at no cost once the defective item is received. Should stocks for the item be unavailable, we may offer other forms of compensation such as store credits or cash refund.

Upon assessment that your items qualify for exchange/refund, we will require you to mail the items back to us in their original condition with packaging and labels attached. We recommend that you use a delivery provider with tracking service on your return parcel, as we will not be able to process returns without the physical item or delivery proof.

Kindly note that slight differences in measurements will not be considered as defects.
